My life's journey has centered around the question, "What is healthy."
The foundational core of my practice is the form known as Shiatsu.
I took my first introduction to Zen Shiatsu course at the Desert School of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona in 1990.
I graduated from the CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic in 2007.
I am well into my tenth year as a Professional Shiatsu therapist.
I live my life in a way that is dedicated to this healing art form.
I am also trained in Western herbalism, and more specifically in the ways that the Celtic Diaspora has related to plants and their medicine.
I work with food and nutrition as preventative and curative medicine.
I have spent several decades studying, and practicing, these healing art forms.
I use these forms to help you awaken your own inner healing wisdom.
